Return and Refund Policy

B&G Music does accept returns from Amazon sales within 15 days after receipt of the item, ELECTRONIC PARTS , TUBES AND ITEMS YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH ARE NOT RETURNABLE. You must request, VIA EMAIL ONLY, WITH REASON FOR YOUR REQUEST, an RA (Return Authorization Number) prior to retuning an item . After you receive the RA the items should be returned by you to us via a shipper that can offer a confirmation of delivery number (USPS), or a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). Items returned to us without proof of delivery to us will not qualify for a refund. Once an RA is issued the item must arrive back at B&G Music within 10 days. The item should be shipped back in the original condition and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error in our shipping. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied if the item is not received in the original condition, all parts, manuals and packaging, cymbals with stick marks, dents, scratches, fingerprints or if an RA number was not requested, stick marks, dents, scratches, fingerprints or if an RA number was not requested.
